1. 適用範囲
本規約は、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「ポケット屋台横丁」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 利用条件
本アプリは個人利用を目的としたゲームアプリです。未成年の方は、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得たうえで本アプリをご利用ください。
3. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 不正アクセス、バグや仕様の不当利用、チートツール・ボット等の使用その他不正な手段による利用
- 当社、他のユーザー、第三者に迷惑、不利益、損害を与える行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
4. 課金
- 本アプリは買い切り型のアプリとして提供されます。
- 購入に関する返金、取消しその他の取扱いは、法令上必要な場合を除き、Apple App Store または Google Play の規定および手続に従います。
- 本アプリ内のゲーム内通貨、アイテムその他のデジタルコンテンツは、本アプリ内でのみ利用でき、現実の通貨その他の財産的価値を有しません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権その他一切の知的財産権は、hex-a（株式会社ロク）または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約に基づく本アプリの利用は、これらの権利を譲渡または許諾するものではありません。
6. 免責事項
当社は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されるものであり、特定の目的への適合性、継続性、完全性、無エラー性を保証するものではありません。また、当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、提供を中断し、または終了する場合があります。
7. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本国法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関連して当社とユーザーとの間に生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Pocket Yatai Yokocho" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. Conditions of Use
The App is a game application intended for personal use. If you are a minor, you must use the App with the consent of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.
3. Prohibited Acts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App through unauthorized means, including unauthorized access, exploiting bugs or specifications, or using cheat tools or bots
- Acts that cause or may cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to us, other users, or third parties
4. Payment
- The App is provided as a one-time purchase application.
- Refunds, cancellations, and other payment-related handling will follow the rules and procedures of the Apple App Store or Google Play, except where required by law.
- In-app currency, items, and other digital content in the App can be used only within the App and have no value as real-world currency or other property.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to hex-a (Roku Inc.) or the rightful owners. Use of the App under these terms does not transfer or grant any such rights.
6. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, completeness, or that the App will be error-free. We may also change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms will become effective when posted on this page.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising between you and us in connection with the App or these terms.
