1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Poly Pick」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況、生成済みステージ、設定、ベストスコア、および途中のプレイ状態を端末内に保存します。Poly Pick独自のアカウント機能はなく、これらのローカルゲームデータを当社サーバーへ送信しません。本アプリを削除すると端末内データを削除できます。
3. 任意のリワード広告と同意
本アプリはGoogle Mobile AdsおよびGoogle User Messaging Platformを利用します。広告を要求するのは、利用者がリワード広告付きのお助け機能を自分で選んだ場合だけです。バナー広告、インタースティシャル広告、アプリ起動時広告、強制広告はありません。
GoogleのSDKは、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、デバイス識別子、広告データ、製品操作、クラッシュデータ、パフォーマンスデータ、その他の診断データなどを処理する場合があります。地域および同意内容に応じて、第三者広告、デベロッパ広告、分析、不正防止、セキュリティ、アプリ機能のために利用される場合があります。デバイス識別子は、Appleの定義するトラッキングに利用される場合があります。
本アプリは必要な地域でGoogleのプライバシーまたは同意画面を表示し、Googleが求める場合は設定画面からプライバシー設定を再表示できます。詳しくはGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. Game Center
Game Centerを利用する場合、Game Center上の本人情報、フレンド関係、ランキングスコアはAppleの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。当社が利用するのは、プレイヤー認証、ランキング表示、スコア送信に必要なGame Center機能のみです。通常ステージはGame Centerなしでも遊べます。
5. アプリ内課金
任意の非消費型「広告削除」は、StoreKitを通じてAppleが決済します。当社はAppleの署名済み取引情報を利用して購入権利を確認しますが、クレジットカード情報を受け取りません。
6. 子どもの利用
本アプリは一般向けであり、子どものみを対象としたものではありません。当社は、子どもの氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先を収集する独自アカウントサービスを運営していません。
7. 保存期間と選択肢
ローカルゲームデータは、本アプリを削除するまで端末内に残ります。AppleおよびGoogleが処理する情報は、各社のポリシーおよび法的義務に従って保持されます。Game CenterはiOSの設定で管理でき、購入は本アプリの設定から復元できます。広告のプライバシー設定ボタンが表示される場合は、そこから選択を見直せます。
8. 改定とお問い合わせ
本アプリまたは利用サービスの変更に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの施行日を更新します。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Poly Pick iOS application (the “App”), provided by Roku Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores game progress, generated stages, settings, best scores, and an unfinished play session locally on your device. The App has no first-party account system, and we do not upload this local gameplay data to our servers. You can remove the local data by deleting the App.
3. Optional Rewarded Advertising and Consent
The App contains Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. An advertisement is requested only when you choose an assist that offers a rewarded ad. The App has no banner, interstitial, app-open, or forced ads.
Google’s SDKs may process information such as approximate location inferred from an IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. Depending on your region and consent choice, this information may be used for third-party advertising, developer advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and App functionality. Device identifiers may be used for tracking as defined by Apple.
The App presents Google privacy or consent choices where required and provides a privacy-options entry point in Settings when Google requires one. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity, friend relationships, and leaderboard scores under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We use only the Game Center functionality needed to authenticate the player, show rankings, and submit a score. Normal stages can be played without Game Center.
5. In-App Purchases
The optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We use Apple’s signed transaction information to determine whether the purchase is active. We do not receive your payment-card details.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly operate an account service that collects children’s names, email addresses, or contact details.
7. Retention and Choices
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App. Apple and Google retain information they process according to their own policies and legal obligations. You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings, restore purchases from the App’s Settings screen, and revisit ad privacy choices when the privacy-options control is available.
8. Changes and Contact
