1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供する共有買い物リストアプリ「STOKAGO」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が本アプリへ登録した次の情報を、機能提供のために取り扱います。
- 共有リスト名、買い物項目の品名、数量、単位、メモ、未購入・購入済みの状態
- 追加者・完了者、追加・完了日時、および変更内容を表示するための履歴
- 共有メンバーの表示名、共有上の役割・権限等、共同利用に必要な情報
- 選択中の共有リスト、同期状態、通知・表示設定等の端末内情報
- Pro機能の購入権利、および利用者が書き出すJSON・CSVの内容
当社は、本アプリ専用の利用者アカウントや独自の同期サーバーを提供しません。本アプリの買い物リストを当社サーバーへ継続的に送信・保存する設計ではありません。本アプリはカメラ、写真ライブラリ、バーコードまたは位置情報を使用しません。
3. 端末保存、iCloud同期および共有
本アプリのデータは端末内に保存されます。iCloudを利用する場合、AppleのCloudKitを通じ、利用者のApple Accountに関連するiCloud領域へ保存・同期されます。同期の時期や完了は、通信状態、iCloud状態、Appleのサービス状況等により異なります。
利用者がリストを共有した場合、招待を受諾した参加者は、付与された権限の範囲で共有中の買い物項目、メンバー情報、変更履歴等を閲覧または変更できます。共有相手と権限を確認してから招待してください。
4. 購入情報
Pro機能の購入処理はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて行われます。当社はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得しません。本アプリは、購入権利を確認するため、Appleが提供する検証済み取引情報を端末上で参照します。
5. 通知
利用者が共有リストごとに通知を有効にした場合、本アプリは共有相手による変更を端末内でまとめ、リスト名と変更件数を含むローカル通知を生成します。独自の通知サーバーへ買い物項目を送信しません。CloudKitからのリモート通知は同期処理の開始に使用されます。通知の時期や受信は、OSの許可、端末設定、通信状態、Appleのサービス状況等により異なります。
6. バックアップと書き出し
利用者は共有リスト、買い物項目、メンバー情報等をJSONバックアップまたは閲覧用CSVとして書き出せます。30日で削除される変更履歴、共有への招待情報、Pro購入権利、端末内設定はバックアップへ含まれません。書き出したファイルの保存先、送信先、共有相手は利用者が選択します。書き出し後のファイルは、選択した保存先や第三者サービスの規約に従って取り扱われます。
7. 広告および解析
現在、本アプリは広告SDK、第三者行動解析SDK、独自の利用者追跡システムを使用しません。将来これらを導入する場合は、本ポリシーおよびApp Store上のプライバシー表示を更新します。
8. データの保持と削除
購入済みの項目は購入済み一覧に1日間表示された後、削除されます。共有リストの変更履歴は30日間表示された後、書き込み権限のある端末から順次削除されます。利用者は本アプリ内で項目やリストを削除できます。共有リストでは、権限や所有者の操作により、他の参加者のアクセスや共有データにも影響します。アプリの削除だけでは、iCloud上のデータが直ちに削除されない場合があります。共有停止やiCloud上のデータ管理は、アプリ内機能およびAppleの設定を利用してください。
9. Appleのサービス
iCloud、CloudKit、App Store、StoreKit、通知等のAppleサービスには、Appleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当社はAppleのサービス提供状況や保持方針を管理しません。
10. お問い合わせと改定
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。お問い合わせ時に利用者が送信した情報には、当社サイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページで告知します。

1. Scope and Data Handled
This Privacy Policy applies to STOKAGO (the “App”), provided by Roku Inc. The App handles shared-list names; shopping-item names, quantities, units, notes, and completion status; creator and completer attribution; timestamps and 30-day activity history; member display names and permissions; device settings; verified StoreKit entitlement; and user-directed JSON or CSV exports. The App does not use the camera, photo library, barcodes, or location.
2. Local Storage, iCloud, and Sharing
App data is stored on the device. When iCloud is enabled, data is stored and synchronized through Apple CloudKit in iCloud areas associated with the user’s Apple Account. We do not operate an independent account system or custom synchronization backend for the App. Synchronization timing is not guaranteed.
When a list is shared, invited participants may view or change shopping items, member information, and activity history according to their CloudKit permissions.
3. Purchases and Notifications
Pro purchases are processed by Apple; we do not directly receive payment card details. When enabled for a shared list, the App creates local notifications containing the list name and a count of changes. Shopping-item contents are not sent to a proprietary notification server. CloudKit remote notifications may start synchronization.
4. Exports, Analytics, and Deletion
Users choose where exported backups are saved or sent. Activity history, share metadata, purchase entitlement, and device settings are not included in backups. The App currently uses no advertising SDK, third-party behavioral analytics SDK, or proprietary user-tracking system. Completed items are retained in the completed list for one day, and activity history for 30 days, before deletion. Users can delete items and lists in the App, but uninstalling the App may not immediately remove iCloud data. Shared-data deletion depends on ownership and permissions.
5. Apple Services and Contact
