1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「Sort Room Puzzle」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 当社が取得する情報
本アプリは、利用にあたりユーザーアカウントの作成を必須としません。ゲーム進行、設定、スコア、購入状態などは、主に端末内または各ストアの仕組みにより保存・管理されます。
本アプリでは、機能提供、品質改善、広告表示、購入処理のため、次の情報が利用される場合があります。
- ゲーム進行、設定、スコア、ヒント残数などの端末内データ
- アプリの起動、ステージ進行、クラッシュ、診断情報などの利用状況データ
- 広告識別子、端末情報、おおよその地域、広告表示や広告視聴に関する情報
- App StoreまたはGoogle Playによる購入状態、レシート、サブスクリプション状態
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリの基本機能、ゲーム進行、報酬、設定を提供するため
- 不具合の把握、品質改善、利用状況の分析を行うため
- 任意広告、リワード広告、広告削除などの機能を提供するため
- アプリ内課金、復元購入、購入状態確認を行うため
- お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用や規約違反への対応を行うため
4. 広告と第三者サービス
本アプリでは、Google AdMobなどの広告サービスを利用する場合があります。広告サービス提供者は、広告表示、広告効果測定、不正防止、パーソナライズ設定のために、広告識別子や端末情報を処理する場合があります。
iOSでユーザー追跡に該当する広告識別子の利用を行う場合は、App Tracking Transparencyなど、プラットフォームが定める許可手続きに従います。
5. アプリ内課金
有料アイテム、広告削除、サブスクリプション等の購入処理は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの仕組みにより行われます。当社はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得しません。
6. データの削除
端末内に保存されたゲームデータは、アプリ内の初期化機能、OSの設定、またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できる場合があります。購入履歴は各ストアアカウントに紐づくため、削除や返金は各ストアの手続きに従います。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは、法令上保護者の同意が必要な年齢の方から、当社が意図的に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。該当する利用者は、保護者の同意と管理のもとで本アプリを利用してください。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後のポリシーは本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to "Sort Room Puzzle" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Information We Process
The App does not require a user account. Game progress, settings, scores, and purchase status are mainly stored on the device or managed through App Store and Google Play mechanisms.
The App may process local game data, app usage and diagnostics, advertising identifiers and device information, approximate region, ad interaction information, and purchase or subscription status.
3. Purpose of Use
We use information to provide gameplay, rewards, settings, optional ads, rewarded ads, ad removal, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, support, quality improvement, analytics, fraud prevention, and compliance with these terms.
4. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App may use advertising services such as Google AdMob. Ad providers may process advertising identifiers and device information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization settings.
When required on iOS, use of identifiers for tracking follows platform permission mechanisms such as App Tracking Transparency.
5. In-App Purchases
Paid items, ad removal, and subscriptions are processed by App Store or Google Play. We do not directly receive credit card numbers or similar payment credentials.
6. Data Deletion
You may delete local game data through in-app reset features, operating system settings, or uninstalling the App. Purchase history is managed by each store account and follows the store's procedures.
7. Children
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children who require parental consent under applicable laws. Such users should use the App with parental consent and supervision.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy as necessary. The revised policy becomes effective when posted on this page.
