1. 適用範囲
本規約は、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Rilia」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、ユーザーが入力した内容またはプロンプトカードをもとに、端末内の写真と動画からメモリーを作成・再生するアプリです。対応環境ではAppleのFoundation Models framework等を利用する場合があります。
本アプリの機能、表示、対応OS、生成結果、保存・共有機能は、運用上の理由により変更、追加、停止される場合があります。
3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
本アプリの利用には、写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可が必要になる場合があります。アクセス範囲はユーザーがOSの設定で管理できます。写真本体や動画本体は端末上で処理され、当社サーバーへ送信されません。
4. 生成結果
本アプリが作成するメモリー、タイトル、BGM選択、写真・動画の選定は自動処理に基づくものであり、常にユーザーの意図、品質、正確性、完全性に合致することを保証しません。
5. Pro Unlock
Pro Unlockは買い切りのアプリ内課金です。動画保存、共有、その他のPro対象機能の利用可否は、App Storeの購入状態と本アプリの仕様に従います。購入、復元、返金はApple App Storeの規定と手続きに従います。
6. 共有・動画保存
ユーザーがメモリーを書き出し、写真ライブラリへ保存し、または他のアプリへ共有した場合、当該データの管理はユーザーおよび共有先のサービスの責任となります。第三者の権利、プライバシー、法令に配慮して利用してください。
7. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、不正利用
- 第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する利用
- 法令、公序良俗、または本規約に反する目的で本アプリを利用する行為
- ストア審査、課金、解析、共有機能などの仕組みを不正に操作する行為
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、UI、テキスト、プログラムその他一切の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、これらの権利を譲渡または許諾するものではありません。
9. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、無エラー性、生成結果の品質、写真ライブラリやiCloud写真の状態、共有先サービスの動作を保証しません。当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
10. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
11. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本国法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関連して当社とユーザーとの間に生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the iOS application "Rilia" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. App Functionality
The App creates and plays memories from photos and videos on your device based on typed requests or prompt cards. On supported environments, the App may use Apple platform features such as the Foundation Models framework.
Features, presentation, supported operating systems, generated results, export, and sharing may be changed, added, suspended, or discontinued for operational reasons.
3. Photo Library Access
The App may require permission to access your photo library. You can manage the scope of access in operating system settings. Original photos and videos are processed on device and are not sent to our servers.
4. Generated Results
Memories, titles, BGM selection, and photo or video selection are generated automatically. We do not guarantee that results will always match your intent, quality expectations, accuracy, or completeness.
5. Pro Unlock
Pro Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase. Access to video export, sharing, and other Pro features follows App Store purchase status and App specifications. Purchases, restoration, and refunds follow Apple App Store rules and procedures.
6. Sharing and Video Export
When you export a memory, save it to Photos, or share it to another app, you and the destination service are responsible for handling that data. Please respect third-party rights, privacy, and applicable laws.
7. Prohibited Acts
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or misusing the App
- Using the App in a way that infringes copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or other third-party rights
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws, public order, or these terms
- Improper manipulation of store review, purchases, analysis, sharing, or related mechanisms
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, UI, text, software, and all other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful owners. These terms do not transfer or grant those rights.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, generated result quality, photo library or iCloud Photos state, or destination service behavior. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
10. Changes
We may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms become effective when posted on this page.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes related to the App or these terms.
