1. 適用範囲
本規約は、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「Memoria Chain」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
伏せ札からペアを見つけ、倍率と攻撃回数を積み、デッキ構築で9連戦に挑む神経衰弱×ローグライトRPGです。広告、ガチャ、スタミナなしで、端末内保存を基本に遊べます。
本アプリには、Game Center連携と買い切りの見た目アイテムのアプリ内課金が含まれる場合があります。広告、ガチャ、スタミナ、恒久的な能力強化を目的とした課金は含みません。
3. ゲームデータ
ゲーム進行、設定、スコア、解放状態等のデータは主に端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、OSの再インストール、アプリの削除、ストアアカウントの状態等により、データが失われる場合があります。
4. アプリ内課金
見た目アイテム等の買い切り購入、復元、返金その他の取扱いは、法令上必要な場合を除き、App Storeの規定と手続きに従います。購入アイテムは本アプリ内でのみ利用できます。
5. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、不正利用
- チート、改造データ、自動操作、過度なアクセスなど、公平性や運用を妨げる行為
- Game Center、課金、ストア審査等の仕組みを不正に操作する行為
- 法令、公序良俗、第三者の権利、または本規約に反する目的で利用する行為
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、無エラー性を保証しません。当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of "Memoria Chain" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. App Functionality
Memoria Chainの公式情報ページです。神経衰弱とデッキ構築を組み合わせたローグライトRPGの概要、プライバシーポリシー、利用規約、サポートへの導線を掲載しています。
The App may include Game Center integration and non-consumable cosmetic in-app purchases. It does not include ads, gacha, stamina, or paid permanent gameplay advantages.
3. Game Data
Game progress, settings, scores, and unlock state are mainly stored on the device. Data may be lost due to device failure, OS reinstall, app deletion, or store account status.
4. In-App Purchases
Cosmetic purchases, restoration, and refunds follow App Store rules and procedures, except where required by law. Purchased items are usable only within the App.
5. Prohibited Acts
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or misusing the App
- Cheating, modified data, automation, excessive access, or actions that harm fairness or operations
- Improper manipulation of Game Center, purchases, store review, or related systems
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws, public order, third-party rights, or these terms
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
