1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供する写真・動画変換アプリ「HEIC変換」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 写真・動画の取り扱い
本アプリは、利用者が選択した写真や動画を端末内で変換します。写真や動画の内容、ファイル名、位置情報、カメラ情報その他のメタデータを、当社サーバーへ送信または保存しません。
iCloud写真を利用している場合、Appleの「写真」およびiCloudが変換元のダウンロードや変換後ファイルの同期を行うことがあります。この通信はAppleのサービスを通じて行われ、当社が運営するサーバーを経由しません。
3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
本アプリは、利用者が選択した素材を読み込み、変換後の写真や動画を保存するために写真ライブラリへアクセスします。
- 元の写真や動画は既定で保持されます。
- 元の写真を削除する場合は、変換と保存後の確認を経て、Appleの「写真」による削除確認を利用者が明示的に承認する必要があります。
- 選択した設定に応じて、対応する撮影日時、位置情報、カメラ情報等を保持または除去します。
4. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、変換設定、購入権利の状態、および中断した処理を安全に確認するための最小限の進行情報を端末内に保存する場合があります。一時的な変換ファイルは、保存または処理終了後に削除されます。
5. 購入情報
Pro機能の購入はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて処理されます。当社はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得しません。本アプリは、購入権利を確認するためにAppleが提供する検証済み取引情報を端末上で参照します。
6. 広告、解析および追跡
本アプリは、広告SDK、第三者行動解析SDK、独自アカウント、独自の利用者追跡システムを使用しません。写真や動画の内容を解析目的で収集しません。
7. データの削除
本アプリの設定や端末内データは、アプリの削除により削除できます。写真ライブラリへ保存した変換後ファイルや、iCloud写真に同期されたファイルは、Appleの「写真」から利用者自身で削除してください。
8. Appleのサービス
写真、iCloud、App Store、StoreKit等のAppleサービスには、Appleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当社はAppleのサービス提供状況や保持方針を管理しません。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to HEIC Converter (the “App”), a photo and video conversion app provided by Roku Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Photos and Videos
The App converts photos and videos selected by the user entirely on the device. We do not transmit or store media contents, filenames, locations, camera details, or other media metadata on our servers.
If iCloud Photos is enabled, Apple Photos and iCloud may download source media or synchronize converted files. This traffic uses Apple services and does not pass through a server operated by us.
3. Photo Library Access
The App accesses the photo library to read selected media and save converted photos or videos.
- Original photos and videos are kept by default.
- Deleting original photos requires successful conversion and verification followed by the user’s explicit approval in the Apple Photos deletion prompt.
- Supported capture dates, locations, camera details, and other metadata are preserved or removed according to the settings selected by the user.
4. Information Stored on the Device
The App may store conversion preferences, purchase-entitlement state, and the minimum processing state needed to reconcile interrupted work. Temporary conversion files are removed after saving or when processing ends.
5. Purchases
Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not directly receive payment-card details. The App reads Apple-verified transaction information on the device to determine purchase entitlement.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The App does not use advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, proprietary accounts, or proprietary user tracking. We do not collect photo or video contents for analytics.
7. Deletion
App preferences and local App data can be removed by uninstalling the App. Converted files saved to the photo library or synchronized with iCloud Photos must be deleted by the user in Apple Photos.
8. Apple Services
Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to Photos, iCloud, the App Store, StoreKit, and other Apple services. We do not control the availability or retention policies of Apple services.
