1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供する「Bluetooth Finder Quick」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 本アプリが処理する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーがフォアグラウンドでスキャンを開始した場合に限り、Bluetooth Low Energyのアドバタイズを検索します。バックグラウンド追跡、Bluetooth機器とのペアリング、アカウントまたはクラウドサービスへの接続は行いません。
スキャン中は、iOSが提供する周辺機器識別子、取得できる場合の広告名またはシステム提供名、信号強度、最終観測時刻を処理します。信号強度のサンプルはアプリ実行中の表示にだけ使用し、履歴として保存しません。
お気に入り、正確なiOS周辺機器識別子、最後に確認した表示名、最終観測時刻はiPhone内に保存されます。お気に入り以外の記録は保存期間と件数を制限します。
3. 収集、共有、トラッキング
本アプリは解析、広告、ユーザーアカウント、クラウド同期、第三者SDKを使用しません。スキャン情報や保存済み機器情報を端末外へ送信せず、個人データの販売・共有や、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたぐトラッキングを行いません。
4. Bluetooth権限と制限
Bluetooth権限は、アプリがフォアグラウンドにあり、ユーザーがスキャンを開始した間に、アドバタイズ中のBLE機器を検出する目的だけで使用します。すべてのBluetooth機器を検出できるわけではありません。信号強度は機器や周囲の環境に影響され、距離や方向を示すものではありません。
5. データの削除
本アプリの設定画面から、お気に入りと最終観測情報を含む保存済み機器情報をすべて削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすることでも端末内データを削除できます。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Bluetooth Finder Quick (the “App”), provided by Roku Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information Processed by the App
The App scans for Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements only after you start a foreground scan. It does not provide background tracking, pair with devices, or connect to an account or cloud service.
During a scan, the App processes a peripheral identifier supplied by iOS, an advertised or system-provided device name when available, signal-strength readings, and the time a device was last observed. Signal samples are used only while the App is running and are not stored as history.
Favorites, the exact iOS peripheral identifier, the last known display name, and last-seen timestamps are stored locally on your iPhone. Non-favorite records are limited by age and count.
3. Collection, Sharing, and Tracking
The App contains no analytics, advertising, user account, cloud sync, or third-party SDK. It does not transmit scan or saved-device information off your device, sell or share personal data, or track you across apps or websites.
4. Bluetooth Permission and Limitations
Bluetooth permission is used only to discover nearby, advertising BLE devices while the App is in the foreground and you have started a scan. Not every Bluetooth device is discoverable. Signal strength is affected by the device and environment and is not a measure of distance or direction.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete all saved device information, including favorites and last-seen information, from Settings in the App. Uninstalling the App also removes its local data.
