1. 適用範囲
本規約は、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「Arrow Neko Escape」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
猫を矢印方向に逃がして部屋から脱出させる、短時間ステージ型のカジュアルパズルです。タップ操作、Undo、ヒント、スキンなど、休憩時間に遊びやすい体験を目指しています。
本アプリの内容、ステージ、報酬、広告、アプリ内課金、対応OSは、運用上の理由により変更、追加、停止される場合があります。
3. ゲームデータ
ゲーム進行、設定、スコア、所持アイテム等のデータは、主に端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、OSの再インストール、アプリの削除、通信環境、ストアアカウントの状態等により、データが失われる場合があります。
4. 広告とリワード
本アプリでは、任意広告、リワード広告、インタースティシャル広告、バナー広告を表示する場合があります。広告の表示可否、リワード付与、広告在庫、通信状態は、広告サービスや利用環境により変動します。
5. アプリ内課金
有料アイテム、広告削除、サブスクリプション等の購入、解約、返金その他の取扱いは、法令上必要な場合を除き、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの規定と手続きに従います。
アプリ内のコイン、ヒント、スキン、報酬、その他のデジタルコンテンツは、本アプリ内でのみ利用でき、現金、電子マネー、その他の経済的価値と交換することはできません。
6. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、不正利用
- チート、改造データ、自動操作、過度なアクセスなど、公平性や運用を妨げる行為
- 広告、課金、報酬、ストア審査、解析等の仕組みを不正に操作する行為
- 法令、公序良俗、第三者の権利、または本規約に反する目的で利用する行為
7. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、キャラクター、画像、テキスト、UI、データその他一切の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
8. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、無エラー性、広告や課金機能の常時利用可能性を保証しません。当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
9. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
10. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本国法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関連して当社とユーザーとの間に生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of "Arrow Neko Escape" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. App Functionality
Arrow Neko Escapeの公式情報ページです。猫を矢印方向に逃がす短時間パズルの概要、プライバシーポリシー、利用規約、サポートへの導線を掲載しています。
Features, stages, rewards, ads, in-app purchases, and supported operating systems may be changed, added, suspended, or discontinued for operational reasons.
3. Game Data
Game progress, settings, scores, and item data are mainly stored on the device. Data may be lost due to device failure, OS reinstall, app deletion, network conditions, or store account status.
4. Ads and Rewards
The App may show optional ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or banner ads. Ad availability, rewards, inventory, and network behavior may vary depending on advertising services and your environment.
5. In-App Purchases
Paid items, ad removal, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds follow App Store or Google Play rules and procedures, except where required by law.
In-app coins, hints, skins, rewards, and other digital content can be used only within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash, electronic money, or other economic value.
6. Prohibited Acts
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or misusing the App
- Cheating, modified data, automation, excessive access, or actions that harm fairness or operations
- Improper manipulation of ads, purchases, rewards, store review, analytics, or related systems
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws, public order, third-party rights, or these terms
7. Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, characters, images, text, UI, data, and all other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful owners.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or continuous availability of ads or purchase features. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
9. Changes
We may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms become effective when posted on this page.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes related to the App or these terms.
