1. 適用範囲
本規約は、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「DNS Quick」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、DNSリゾルバの選択、ベンチマーク、カスタムリゾルバ管理、AppleのNetworkExtension DNS Settings APIを利用したDNS構成の保存および削除を支援するユーティリティです。
3. OSによる承認と制限
本アプリは、ユーザーの許可なくDNS設定を切り替えるものではありません。保存したDNS構成を実際に有効にするには、iOS、iPadOS、macOSの設定またはシステム設定での確認や有効化が必要になる場合があります。OS、通信事業者、ネットワーク環境、管理プロファイル等により、本アプリの機能が制限される場合があります。
4. ベンチマーク
本アプリのベンチマークは、現在のネットワーク環境からDNSリゾルバの応答性を実用的に測定するものです。結果は通信環境、端末状態、DNSプロバイダの状態等により変動します。本アプリは、ゲームサーバーへのPing低下、通信速度の向上、または常に最速のDNS選択を保証しません。
5. 第三者DNSプロバイダ
本アプリに表示される第三者DNSプロバイダの名称、エンドポイント、説明は、ユーザーがDNS設定を選びやすくするための情報です。当社は第三者DNSプロバイダを運営せず、各プロバイダの可用性、セキュリティ、フィルタリング結果、ログ取扱いを保証しません。
6. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 不正アクセス、過度な自動実行、第三者のネットワークやサービスに負荷を与える行為
- 法令、公序良俗、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用する行為
7. 有料機能
本アプリに有料機能、サブスクリプション、または買い切り機能が提供される場合、購入、解約、返金その他の取扱いは、法令上必要な場合を除き、Apple App Storeの規定および手続に従います。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権その他一切の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約に基づく本アプリの利用は、これらの権利を譲渡または許諾するものではありません。
9. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、無エラー性を保証しません。当社は、本アプリの利用、DNS設定の変更、第三者DNSプロバイダの利用、またはネットワーク環境の変化により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
10. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
11. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本国法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関連して当社とユーザーとの間に生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using "DNS Quick" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. App Functionality
The App is a utility that helps users select DNS resolvers, run benchmarks, manage custom resolvers, and save or remove DNS configurations using Apple's NetworkExtension DNS Settings APIs.
3. OS Approval and Limitations
The App does not change DNS settings without user permission. A saved DNS configuration may require confirmation or enablement in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS Settings or System Settings before it becomes active. OS behavior, carriers, network environments, management profiles, and other conditions may limit App functionality.
4. Benchmarking
The App's benchmark practically measures DNS resolver responsiveness from the current network environment. Results may vary depending on network conditions, device state, and DNS provider status. The App does not guarantee lower game-server ping, faster network speed, or always selecting the fastest DNS resolver.
5. Third-Party DNS Providers
Names, endpoints, and descriptions of third-party DNS providers shown in the App are provided to help users choose DNS settings. We do not operate third-party DNS providers and do not guarantee their availability, security, filtering results, or logging practices.
6. Prohibited Acts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Unauthorized access, excessive automation, or acts that burden third-party networks or services
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws, public order, morality, or third-party rights
7. Paid Features
If paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are offered in the App, purchases, cancellations, refunds, and other payment-related handling will follow Apple App Store rules and procedures, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful owners. Use of the App under these terms does not transfer or grant any such rights.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will be error-free. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for damages arising from use of the App, changes to DNS settings, use of third-party DNS providers, or changes in network environments.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms will become effective when posted on this page.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising between you and us in connection with the App or these terms.
