1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ロク（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「DNS Quick」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 当社が取得する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーアカウントを作成せず、当社サーバーにDNSクエリログを保存しません。現在のMVPでは、当社が本アプリを通じて継続的に個人情報を収集する第三者解析サービスも利用していません。
本アプリでは、以下の情報が端末内に保存される場合があります。
- 選択中のDNSリゾルバ
- ユーザーが追加したカスタムDNSリゾルバ情報
- IPv4、IPv6、Wi-Fi、セルラー等に関するアプリ内設定
- ベンチマーク結果、測定時刻、エラー状態などの一時的またはローカルな情報
3. 利用目的
端末内の情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- DNSリゾルバの選択、保存、削除、状態表示
- ベンチマーク結果の表示
- カスタムリゾルバやアプリ設定の保持
- アプリの基本機能の提供と不具合把握
4. DNS通信と第三者DNSプロバイダ
ユーザーがDNSリゾルバを選択してOSのDNS設定として有効にした場合、DNS通信は選択した第三者DNSプロバイダに送信される場合があります。各DNSプロバイダによるデータの取扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーや利用条件に従います。
本アプリは、第三者DNSプロバイダのサーバーを運営しておらず、第三者DNSプロバイダによるログ保存、利用目的、保持期間を管理しません。
5. NetworkExtensionとOS設定
本アプリは、AppleのNetworkExtension DNS Settings APIを利用してDNS構成を保存します。保存した構成を有効にするには、iOS、iPadOS、macOSの設定またはシステム設定で確認や有効化が必要になる場合があります。
6. 課金情報
本アプリに有料機能が提供される場合、購入やサブスクリプションの処理はApple App Storeの仕組みにより行われます。当社はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得しません。
7. データの削除
端末内に保存された本アプリのデータは、アプリ内操作、OSの設定、またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。保存済みのDNS構成は、本アプリのOFF操作またはOSの設定から削除できます。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後のポリシーは本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to "DNS Quick" (the "App") provided by Roku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Information We Collect
The App does not create user accounts and does not store DNS query logs on our servers. In the current MVP, we do not use third-party analytics services that continuously collect personal information through the App.
The App may store the following information locally on your device.
- The selected DNS resolver
- Custom DNS resolver information added by the user
- In-app settings such as IPv4, IPv6, Wi-Fi, and cellular preferences
- Temporary or local information such as benchmark results, measurement time, and error state
3. Purpose of Use
Local information is used for the following purposes.
- Selecting, saving, removing, and showing the status of DNS resolvers
- Displaying benchmark results
- Keeping custom resolvers and app preferences
- Providing core app functionality and understanding app errors
4. DNS Traffic and Third-Party DNS Providers
If you select a DNS resolver and enable it as an operating system DNS configuration, DNS traffic may be sent to the selected third-party DNS provider. Each provider handles data according to its own privacy policy and terms.
The App does not operate third-party DNS provider servers and does not control their logging, use, or retention practices.
5. NetworkExtension and OS Settings
The App uses Apple's NetworkExtension DNS Settings APIs to save DNS configurations. iOS, iPadOS, or macOS may require confirmation or enablement in Settings or System Settings before a saved configuration becomes active.
6. Payment Information
If paid features are offered in the App, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store mechanisms. We do not directly receive credit card numbers or similar payment credentials.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete local App data through in-app actions, operating system settings, or by uninstalling the App. Saved DNS configurations can be removed from the App's OFF action or from operating system settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as necessary. The revised policy will become effective when posted on this page.
